Trying to fix Ficht EMM - part help neede

Hi, im fixing Ficht Engine management module at the moment at have found a buch of heat damaged components and the problem is that non of the components are for sale is shops at Estonia, so thinking of finding an alternative replacement parts and need help with that.

1. IXGK50N60B made by IXYS - 3 pcs
2. MGP20N40CL made by Motorola - 2 pcs

and two pcs that i cant identifie yet:
one with nothing on it and other is labled S667 seems to be case TO–220AB
down at the leg is a lable K9 and seems to be Thyristor but cant find a datasheet.

If some one has access to these parts then please email me or can recomend something alternative.

Local electronics shop recomended IRGP 50B60PD1PBF or IRG 4PSC71UDPBF?

MGP20n40CL is not available in our electronic shops and they dont order it to.
IXG"N"50N60B is not the same package as IXG"K"50N60B, need to solder on the PCB
And FDS6670A is defenetly not the same component.
