Transistor switching - MPS222A

If you want to use k7elp60's circuit, change the 620 ohm resistor to 1k. The 620 ohm resistor biases the base at about 660mv - too low to allow the transistor to saturate.

You're welcome. I should warn you that the LED in my circuit will draw about 20ma. If you want about 10ma, change the 1k series resistor to 2k.
