transformers secordary voltage stays constant with freq why?

Why does a mutual inductance transformer voltage stays constant
with low frequency or lowering the frequency with the function generator
the voltage on the secordary doesn't move it stays constant why?

With a inductor if i lower the frequecy on the function generator the
output of the inductor voltage drops

Why does the mutual inductors voltage stay constant and not a regular
signal inductor?
