Transformer for a stun gun circuit.

How could we have gotten to post #41 and have not killed anyone?
The 25kv form a color flyback transformer is a long way form 150,000 to 500,000 volts in post #1. I know TV transformers and they will run 25kv 1mA all day long. (2mA is ok) They should hold at 30kv but not for years. 50kv for just long enough to grab you once.
