Traffic Light HELP

Hi guys, i am currently doing digital electronics at university and need some help with the timing of a circuit.

the truth table is as follows:

1 1 1 0 1 0

red is on for 15 seconds
yellow in on for 10 seconds
green is on for 20 seconds

i have attached the circuit to this thread. please can someone tell me how to make the circuit run according to the truth table above. thanks
