I don't really understand what you say.
But i think the issue is due to the fact that my Picstart Plus hardware (i don't know how it's called) is too old. Apparently my university bought it in 1996 or 1998 and apparently only 12,14 and 16 PIC can be programmed with this one.
Do you think i'm right?
If I'm right, can i bought the PIC-01 programmer from Seiit? (picstart plus is too expensive!)
