It's the beginnings of a BGA layout that I'm doing at work. You can makout the pin 1 indicator triangle at the top left. It's a basic fanout of a 196 pin BGA divided into 4 quadrants. I'm now optimizing it, I should have it done in 2 layers by the time I am finished.
