Testing capacitors with a voltmeter

This is a simple way to test most capacitors including really small ones. All u need to have is a VoltMeter that measure millivolts. This is ideal if u don't have a Capacitor Meter and need to build a capacitor. All u do is give it power and wait a few seconds and remove the power and then check for millivolts coming out of the capacitor.
