hello friends,
i am doing engineers course in india here, i want to know is if i want to do a pg course in instrumetation/automation engineering from germany. which university should i select ,is it better to go to germany than india for such a course.and anything you like would beneficiate me tell me
I had once gone to an exhibition and enquired about studying in Germany...they were very reluctant to commit because Germany happens to have a 13 th grade instead of the normal 12 so its easier for somebody just finishing their 10 th grade and going there to complete three yrs of schooling but very dificult for somebody with 12th grade to go and start college immediately....they were trying to get me to do school for another year.
i want to do specialisation in electronics
here in our university i study electronic engineering but in europe ("electron") is very general word because their universities have several specialisations
i hope that i could answer your question mr.thisistausif
Let me ask you this: how good is your German? It would have to be way better than your spelling of Germany  for you to do any studying there.
I work at an university in Australia. We get lots of students from Asian countries here, many of them have real difficulties because of their lack of the English language. I would imagine the same applies in Germany so, unless you have a good command of the technical side of the language - remember, they have very long words in the German language - you will find it difficult.
Simple, just type into google "learn german online"
and you will find lots of 'hits'.
Actually, I did not know that languages can be learnt online so I just had a look. Being a native German speaker, I had no trouble with the lessons  but it took me a long time to learn English. So, I actually have been through the studying in a foreign language thing and it was not easy. It is very frustrating to struggle at exams simply because there is a problem of not understanding the questions in a foreign language.
Besides studying German online, you would be well advised to seek somebody local where you can get face to face lessons as well. And you will have to get a technical dictionary, for all those long German words which are not found in an ordinary dictionary.
