Starting PIC

I do not know any thing about pıc programming
can anyone give me a piece of advice that where should ı start

First I'd like to say welcom to our community.

I don't know what is your knowleg with C language?
Do you know about assymbly language?
Also I don't know if you are familiar with microcontrollers in general and if you familiatr with the architecture.
