hi please am in need of as simple squarewave generator using few components.frequence of 2hz and workingvoltage of 3v

try this from earlier in this thread

for fixed freq (even fixed duty) I prefer a 74HC14-Schmitt with a resistive feedback and cap to GND

hi i need the curcuit diagram of the74HC14 squarewave generator or anyother simple squarewave generator with a fixed frequency of 2HZ and 3V to 5V for power supply for my electronic project please help me.
