SPI comm for Dot matrix 5X7 Display

I'm looking for a C30 sample code for driving a 5X7 dot matrix display.
If any one has played with it please post the code. Thanks for any help.

Do you mean an LCD, e.g. a 16 character 2 line display? If so, C18 has library functions for this and I guess C30 would too.

It might help if you post a part number. Do you have a module that uses SPI?

Yes it is a traditional dot matrix lcd display.
