I had even see a Video in which Tesla had made himself as a conductor(instead of wire) to light a Lamp, wherein he acted like a switch. The Light Glowed, but Tesla didn have any toast due to AC. How was that possible? Whenever i touch AC wire, i get a shock. But how did that never happen to Tesla?

Excuse me Nigel, i dont want to start a new thread for only one last ques.

Seems as though you have too much resistance in the house wiring circuit and/or it's being overloaded. For safety's sake you should get the whole system inspected by a competent professional.

Overloaded!?? I know that i can't draw more current than transformer rating. BTW, i use(presume) as much current as any household use.
Too much resistance: how can i know resistance of wiring?
