Sony HCD-GX45 CD Drive Belts

Hi, Does anyone know where I can get the 2 CD drive belts for a Sony HCD-GX45 unit? Both belts are stretched and slip. I can't find any listed for this unit on ebay. I downloaded the service manual for this unit and it doesn't even have a parts list. Google also doesn't turn up any belts for this unit.

The service manual clearly shows the belts, on page 57 - P/N 4-243-823-01 BELT (TABLE) and on page 58 - P/N 4-244-034-01 BELT (LOADING)
