Solar power inverter

Hi,
I am new to this forum .For my project i am planning to do a solar power inverter using micro controllers.When i researched i found that there are less Indian manufactures for this particular module.I want to know why indian manufactures are less and i need more details about it.I would be more useful any links ,references books,pdf.

What particular module are you referring to, or did you intend us to read your mind?
