Smd Identification

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me to identify this component please. Its part of a circuit which quite obviously has gone wrong and got too hot at some point , I have sourced the appropriate resistors but im fairly sure that this component is also caput. The board is from a selco genesis 200ac/dc tig welding set if that helps . also I believe that this part of the board is using 15v . Fingers crossed cheers :cool:

That's awesome Thank you ! I've been trawling the internet all day trying to find this . I'm not an electronics expert by any stretch of the imagination lol. Much appreciated, hopefully I can breath life back into my welder once more
