SMD Identification

I have a few IC's that I cannot identify via their markings, can anyone help?

Without the correct schematic, there are no specific standards when it comes to SMD markings; If you get lucky and have the logo, it may make it easier. Otherwise it is a long shot. dual transistors? regulator? ...etc.
Here is a page that shows some but by no means complete or exact. You can see how one marking can be so many different devices.

I think I have the D3 sorted, IMD3A Rohm, Farnell (1680331), hard work finding it!!!!
