Hi,
I'll start by pointing out I know very little about electronics so please take me as a complete amateur when answering.
I have a usb interface board (store bought) which I managed to connect to an rc car and was able to control that from my laptop. What I'd really like to do is learn how to make simple interface boards myself, if it's possible to do. I'd like to start with a simple one which just controls the switches on the rc remote. If it's possible to do, I'd like to make it small enough to fit inside the remote.
So what i'd need is a board with four digital outputs (i think just going on my current board) and way to comunicate with the computer. Is this a possibility or ridiculous idea?
