I want small TFT displays, size around 1 inch. Who provide such displays and where to find them online? I searched the philips site but with no luck. Same happened in google.

What you are looking for are microdisplays. There are many manufacturers out there but almost none are available in the open market (online or offline electroncs stores).
Most manufacturers only ship large quantities and getting even samples sometimes require a committment to a large order afterwards.
