Small, side view IR-led/IR photo trans

Hi all

I'm trying to find some small, side view IR leds and IR phototransistors to build small, simple photo cells, but I haven't yet found any good candidates. They should be leaded, cheap and easy to get from suppliers (I know, I know, I'm picky).
Size: Comparable to standard 3mm LED or smaller, and side view.
Mount type: Leaded
Wavelength: 800-950nm (they must match each other, naturally).

Any good suggestions?

You want in commercial quantities, or hobby? If it's hobby, check Goldmine-elec under 'infrared items'.

Octopart. I'll look at them. Goldmine-elec had lots of cool stuff but could not ship to countries involved in the ROHS-agreement, so they're out (damn).
