Single phase AC motor speed control

I have to vary the speed of AC motor (single phase) 200 W by frequency variation method.

Can you suggest me the circuit for frequency variation. or please suggest me the website which have that circuit.

Since it is single phase, all you need is an oscillator and 200 watt amplifier. A class D amp will do the job efficiently.
