Simple RS232-to-TTL Adapter

For those who may be interested. A simple circuit/method/scheme for adding a serial port to that one off prototype circuit you're workin' on (the 3.5mm jacks I use fit nicely in the 0.1 inch spaced holes on Radio Shack prototype boards). This isn't really a new concept but it's about the cheapest/simplest I've come across so far.
