Hi All,

I have not doing electronics for ages after I changed my work field but suddenly I am asked to make PWM H bridge DC motor driver
the PWM frequency is 10kH and the the transistors must be MOSFET N and P channel

I just need a name for two MOSFET transistors which would be suitable for my application considering that my DC Motor is 24V and consumes about 4Ampers, so would you please suggest me the names for two popular MOSFET transistors N and P channels considering the frequency response.

With best regards

Hi,

Perhaps you can check these out?
IRF74132 N
IRF7424 P Both Mosfets.

They are surface mount and pretty small, but I managed, and I'm an oldy, hanging on in there:)

I chose them after someone explained they have a low RDS on. This is fairly recent technology, and I can switch wheelchair motors without the Mosfets getting warm.

Good luck, Camerart.

If there is no particular reason why you are required to build the H-bridge from scratch, I would suggest that you buy a suitable h-bridge. It is cheaper and quicker than making your own.
