Could someone give my a crocidile clips circuit diagram for a simple lie detector?

The simplest form of 'lie detection' is skin conduction. Which can be measured with two electrodes in close contact on a fingertip or palm.

I can't imagine that circuit works that well. It might be a fun school project or party game, but it certinly isn't going to show if somone is lying.
