SImple IGBT model for LTSpice

Hi,

Does anyone have a simple IGBT model for LTSpice? It takes LTSpice so long to simulate using an IGBT model.

Perhaps model the IGBT simply as a MOSFET driving a BJT ? Admittedly crude, but may suit your needs.

Not bad. Ltspice does not have problems simulating. Maybe it's possible to adjust the model for other types of IGBT's
