Btw is it a good idea to directly connect the stamp VSS to the same ground as the H-Bridge? Should I use an opto-isolator?

Ok after some tests, I notice one problem. With either the LED or motor about every 3 to 4 seconds the LED dims a little, or the motors slows a little then speeds back up. This is with a simple test that just sets A and C High. Can anyone suggest what a possible way to fix this would be, or the cause?

Watch Dog Timer or Brown Out Reset would be my guess.
