I used you adder suggestion with the NAND Array to figure >9 and it works flawlessly.

Thank you alot, you the man..

Now to get rid of that 74150 multiplexer.

But it works now so I think I will just put it on my final set-up bread board.

You don't need it, just use the NAND >9 circuit to drive the Tens display.
