Schottky on oscilloscope?

Point B is where its reverse biased.

Does anybody have (actual oscilloscope) image like this for schottky diode?

A 1N4007 is a very slow rectifier. A Schottky diode is extremely fast.
Try testing a very fast 1N914 or 1N4148 diode.

I don't have an oscilloscope, I was thinking maybe someone has a photo, or link on the net.
I just would like to see actual response of Schottky diode. (how much ringing, overshot ...)

The distance from B to C goes away with a Schottky diode.

If you go to the link provided and scroll about 40% down the page, you will find the 11DQ05 Schottky diode done under the same conditions.
