Runway lights

Okay it's no secret that I'm a gamer, and I wanted to build a landing strip for Warhammer 40K, but the runway lights are a bit of a problem.

I know I want to use an led chaser, but most only have a 6-10 led chaser, but I wanted to use maybe up to 20 on each side.

Anybody got a schematic ?

Use cascade combination of two or more 4017 decade counters to get as many chasing LEDs you wish. Use 2nd schematic given in this post.
