RS232 to RS485 conversion

Can anybody provide me with a schematic to convert the RS232 signals from an RS232 device to RS485 using the MAX213 (RS232 transceiver) & SN75176 (RS485 transceiver).

This article from circuit cellar is a good one.

I have used the one with a 555 on the 485 enable line.
