dear sir,

I am going to design a rfid handheld reader for ook shelves in libraries for my final year project. If a unwanted book is found on the shelf I just want the reader to give an alert beep sound to inform it to the patron or dispaly it on a LCD screen as a position error.

Also I want to use a PIC and the reader should be non pc dependent.I have some problems in designing the complete block diagram for this handheld reader.

Also I have some problems on IC s which will be useful for this project.

Should I buy the rf transciever of should I build it on my own?

What is the most difficult part in my project?

Thank you.

From where shoud I begin my projecT?
