I would like to know any thoughts on a particular multimeter, particularly when it comes to reliability. I would also appreciate any opinions on the store selling it. The multimeter (and store) are at this link:

This really seems like an awesome meter. My main reason for considering this meter is that, for the price, this seems to be the only meter that can measure duty cycle. Also, it is capable of reading frequencies up to 400KHz, which is an appreciable difference compared to 20KHz of the other multimeter I am looking at.
