BGAmodz Member Feb 14, 2015 #1 Hello everyone . I need to replace a JFET on a bench DMM , and its a N channel Jfet . So since this jfet is switched by eather a negative voltage ( -50V ) or lower , can i just replace it by a P channel Mosfet ?
