Relay or something like it ??

i am looking for some sort of relay, maybe a electonic component that can take a signal so it turns on and stays like that, even if there is no power
then it can take another signal so it switch off, again it stays off even in no power, untill a switch on signal sent again ?

It is called a "latching relay".

You can get those as an electromechanical version with a mechanical latch.

Also there are electronic versions available too built into the 8 pin octal relay housing with a normal relay, but electronic latch.
