reinstalled CCS and MPLAB wont work now?

hey

i just reformatted my computer, i reinstalled MPLAB and CCS and now when i go to compile, it gives me errors and says "file cannot be opened, not in local (the address of my project) for all my library's, it even says that about the 18F4620.h file. In my project window i can see all those files, i can open them and see all the data is there. Any ideas why it wont include them, It compiled perfectly before i reinstalled everything.
