Hi all

A year ago i bought a nitro r/c car but due to no response from remote its been sleeping while. Today when i pulled it out i noticed that the component IC2 which is the second smaller chip was getting very, very hot. Would this be due to a short?? or could it be some other things, or is it too hard to diagonise?

thanks jordan

It's impossible to diagnose at a distance, although generally things shouldn't be getting hot. Does IC2 have any numbers on it?, as we don't even have any idea what it might be?.
