Who can tel me about this subjects :
1- What does it mean ( ASIC ) ?

2- How I can programming the SMT ( Surfase mount tecnology ) & BGA Ball grid arry ) , This components had up to 100 pin !
How I can put the SMT & BGA components in programmer ?

1) ASIC= Application Specific Integrated Circuit...typical example smart cards for pay per view TV

2)SMT /BGA devices usually programmed with a suitable adapter, or else they can programmed in situ........

there are posts elsewhere on the forum for programmers, but not specifically for ASIC based cards
