question about optocoupler

1. are all optocoupler are same ?
2. i want qrd1114 for my project but it not sell in my country (again)
can i use other else ?
3. if yes ,what is the different ?
what is your suggestion ?

You should be able to pull an equivalent one out of a defunct fax machine or copier. Some models use that reflective type.

I guess replacing the QRD1114 (Fairchild) with a CNY70 (Vishay) it should be compatible.

Hi transistorman, Digi-key supports purchases in Asia for most countries in Nusantara, Indonesia included (DigiKey Corp. | Electronic Components Distributor | Indonesia Home Page). However, they charge USD 75 for shipping, which is pretty high. You might be able to ask for student discounts, if you are a student.
