I want my avr to be able to dial a number when a certain condition is met. I currently have a dtnf tranceiver but after seeing what involved am wondering if modem chip be simplier. there was scary formulas.
is it just a case of sending at commands as far as dialing the number goes? Can i get them in dip form i.e. Non surface mount. Could u recommend one.
