programmer schematic

I want to ask mr.nigel about schematic diagram for p16pro40, there is elements labelled D1, D2... this means that they're diodes but is written also (red..green)!! are they diodes or leds?

i also suggest to attach this diagram with an eagle layout board for simplicity....

no mr.nigel that's not the matter, just that i found in other website that the programmer diagram is attached with an eagle layout board so i wanted to suggest not more!!
