problem with Variable R-C Oscillator

i cant get this to work can some one point out what i connected wrong

here mine draw on breadboard i connected them same as i draw

when i push the switch to up position and push S1 i get high pitch tone
when i push the switch to up position and push S1 i get high low tone

when i push S2 nothing happen
