problem with 230W JNC make PS

i have found transister 4242 blown i have replaced it, 330uf200V with 330uf250V only -12V is showing -10.56V and +12V is 11.8 is my TL494 working fine after chenging ? my PS is JNC make 230W AT type can i get circuit diagram of this PS?
 
Most likely it’s very close to this ATX type:
