problem by voice recognition system thesis

Hello

iam student in Germany , iam doing my project in voice recognition system using micro controller PIC16C73B , recorder playback ISD 1410,programmble telephone line interface MC34216A and voice direct module with i have problem with it ..
i need help in voice direct module includes neural network recognition engine offcourse with speech synthesizer and amplyfire ..
i need some one to give me hins or where can i find the module that includes the neural network ..
