I have interfaced peripherals to the LPC2114 for my application .Now I have to design 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V power sources
How to design the power sources for LPC2114
What are the considerations I have to take while designing the power supply for low power devices?

did you read the data sheet on the chip by any chance?

switching regulators are the most efficient and Maxim do some very small form factors.
