Hey everybody,

I need help with a paper design of power supply design using a LT3150.
Specifications are:
>Voltage Output: +5v to +10v
>Current limiting must operate at 1.5A
>Ripple Voltage:2Vp-p maximum
>allow for the circuit to operate at an ambient temperature of 30 degree celsius

Requirements of the paper design:
>use a MOSFET with a maximum power rating of 45W
>Use E24, E48 and E96 Series for resistor values

Thanks

Must be a school project.
">Ripple Voltage:2Vp-p maximum" What??? input or output voltage? 2VOLTS? (2mv)
">Voltage Output: +5v to +10v" Adjustable? I have never see this part used above 3.3 volts.
">Current limiting must operate at 1.5A" What current limit? There is a current limit on the boost supply but not the main output.
???LT3150??? From Linear Tech.?
Typical application: 1.5V in 1.1V out linear LDO regulator.
"10V absolute max"
