Potentiometer with 6 pins

Hello.

I'm new.
Very new.

I've attached 2 pics of potentiometers. The small one has 3 pins - and this one I get. I'm connecting one to 5v, one to ground, and the middle one to my analogue pin on my arduino board.

But how do I work with the 6-pin one. Is it because it's stereo? I don't need stereo, so it doesn't matter for me - I just need to know which pins does what.

It's stereo, use your meter on ohms to find with pins are which.
