Please help me identify these capacitor

Hello!

I have recently purchased a used motorcycle, the speedometer was not working correctly. I have disassembled it and have found two damaged capacitors. I have not been able to work out what capacitors they are so I'm not able to buy replacements.

I was wondering if anyone could look at the images attached and see if they can point me in the right direction.

4.7uF at 50V and 10uF at 50V. Top row value, second row voltage.

The large device between the two caps (TR3 label) looks like it may have been damaged as well? The top surface appears to have been popped out, in some photos.

I have found some replacements and ordered them.

In regards to the TR3 as far as I can tell its still connected. It looks as if there may have been a bit of condensation at some point so I'm going to use some isopropyl alcohol to try and clean it up.
