I am using a piezo ceramic disc for a mist generation application similar to humidifier
There is a thin perforated steel disc attached to the piezo disc

The specification of the disc are as follows
Dimensions: 18mm diameter
Resonant frequency fr: 133 KHz±2%
Resonant impedance Zm: ≤100 ΩStatic capacitance Cs: 2000pF±15%@1kHz
Voltage Input: 16Vpp
Max Power Input: 10 W
Mist Production: 80cc/Hr *
Test Condition: 23±3 °C 40~70% R.H.
Cs => LCR meter at 1KHz 1Vrms

I want to drive the piezo disc with a 3 volt dc power source

Can someone help me with the design of this circuit

I thank all for their help
