PIC16F877 counter HELP!

hi electro techs...im having a problem regarding counter...im now working on an up/down counter.. initial zero..increment if up button is pressed,and decrement when down button is pressed..im using pic16f877.. can i ask here for a help ?? i need a circuit diagram and program using microC...i hope somebody hears me here..
