I need PIC16F84A Programmer who works fine and because this is my first programmer,I need some simple schematic of programer who will work with OS windows XP,and please write how to program the pic with what softvare,and other details

To burn the PIC Hex code into IC , I use the WinPIC800 software and write the program on the Microchips softwares

Here is one that is known to be good, thanks to DL4YHF.As suggested by Demon-13, you may use winpic800 and choose the programmer as JDM
